My husband encouraged me to stop in the store while we were there. Stopped in the store today and was instantly greeted by Cherry Bentley with her bubbly personality. I wasn't expecting to purchase today but my husband surprised me. Cherry was very helpful and knowledgeable. Although she didn't know we were going to purchase she had everything ready for us. The service was great. Both staff members were excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience

We had the absolute best experience with Mrs. Patty/Patricia at Jared! From the moment we walked in to look for my engagement ring and wedding band, she made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Her personality is so warm and genuine ; she’s sweet, funny, and truly a joy to be around. Patricia took her time helping us find the perfect combination, and somehow she knew exactly what would look and feel right for me. Never once did we feel pressured or rushed; instead, she guided us with patience and excitement, like she was just as invested in creating something perfect as we were. She shared stories about her life and family that made the whole experience feel personal and memorable, and honestly, she had us laughing the entire time. It felt less like shopping and more like spending time with someone who genuinely cared. Overall, Patricia was absolutely amazing. I had such an amazing experience at Jared Vault! From the moment I walked in, Cherry made me feel welcome and comfortable — like family. She was so helpful and attentive, even giving me her number in case I had any questions. When I returned the next day, Patti was equally wonderful! She took her time with me, explained diamond clarity in detail, and made sure I truly understood what I was buying. Tina, the manager, was kind and professional both days I visited. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cared about me finding the perfect ring — not just making a sale. When my husband and I came back to purchase, they gave us plenty of options without rushing us, and I ended up with my dream ring! Thank you, Tina, Patti, and Cherry, for making this such a positive and memorable experience! I’ll definitely be back!

I came here to get my chained fixed. I got it back shining and new clasp with it. While I was here Mrs cherry was telling me about the 30 percent off deals and also let me try on different watches until I found the one I wanted.. very knowledgeable.. great experience! Would come back
